Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

Orders are shipped based on the customer’s choice during checkout. Options include United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).

All orders over $79.00 ship free (excluding FootGolf sets and Thrifty Golf Supply products).

Please allow up to two business days for processing of standard orders (USPS Priority, UPS Ground). Orders placed for express or overnight shipping are processed within 24 hours. Order history and updates may be viewed using the My Account feature of the website.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns of unused, unworn (except for fitting) products that include the original packaging materials and box. Refunds for the full amount will be issued if the product is returned within thirty (30) days in new condition with all packing materials.

All products require prior approval before returning. Please contact us to begin this process if you have an issue.

Size swaps are common when ordering footwear online. If you have a fitment issue, please contact us right away and we will work with you to make sure you receive a good fit.

Returns after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a credit to your account using the same method-of-payment with which the product was purchased. If there are any issues with the returned product, we will contact you, so please make sure you have your contact information saved to your account.

You are responsible for shipping costs when returning products.
